Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

We kindly inform you that, in connection with the contact established with us, we have obtained the personal data provided by you.

The Data Controller is Avocode Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków, ul. Henryka Siemiradzkiego 19/1, 31-137 Kraków, email: services@avocode.it. All requests concerning personal data, as described below, should be sent to the above email address (or postal address).

The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting you as requested by you. The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (d) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR").

The data will also be processed for the purpose of marketing the Data Controller’s own products and services. The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, with the legitimate interest of the Data Controller being the marketing of its own products and services. You have the right to object to such processing, upon which your data will be deleted and will no longer be processed for these purposes.

The data will only be shared with entities authorized under applicable legal provisions.

For the purpose of establishing contact, the data will be stored for as long as necessary to conduct correspondence or telephone communications.

For the purpose of marketing the Data Controller’s own products and services, the data will be stored until you object to their processing.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct them, delete them, or restrict their processing, as well as the right to data portability.

Providing your data is voluntary.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, which in this case is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
